How it works

You will be asked to rate each of the 28 sub-categories of EQ in terms of importance to your role and to score yourself on each one.
Upon completion, you will be asked to nominate at least 2 people (manager, colleague and/or direct report) to provide you with feedback. Automatic emails will then be sent to each of them with a link for them to complete the questionnaire.
Reports
An individual report will be available instantly, showing your responses and development suggestions.
An aggregate report will be sent to you as soon as each reviewer completes their assessment.

How it works
When the coordinator of your leadership team assessment clicks the button below, they will be taken to a Stripe payment screen. They will need to have a credit card to hand.
Once payment has been successful, they will receive an email with instructions for accessing the Assessment portal where they can enter the details of each of the team members. Each one will automatically receive a personalised link via email to take the assessment.
Each team member will be asked to rate the team against each of the 9 Components of Extraordinary Leadership Teams and explain the rationale behind each score.
Reports
Each member’s individual report will be available the instant they complete the team assessment.
An aggregate report will be available once all team members have completed the assessment.
